I began as a single woman who had imagined I would be married to the love of my life by 23 and have my first child by 25. Well, let’s just say, life began to take a very different turn.

10 years passes by, many toxic, baffling and quite frankly, traumatizing encounters later; I would learn the lessons that would birthed what I do today as a relationship and trauma healing expert.

I have learn’t so much and I want to pass these lessons down as a way of leaving my legacy on this earth as a lover of Islam and personal development.

It wasn’t easy but I am the woman that I am today because of all the challenges. Alhamdulilah for each and every single one of them because they have allowed me to be able to do what I do today effectively and help others in the way that enhances their own lives.

Married now, in my 30’s and a happy mama to a beautiful little girl, my goal is to inspire a new generation of woman who prioritizes her mental wellbeing and help her have the thriving relationships she crave so let me help you navigate the world of relationships as a woman of substance.
